Studio Cookies - Gluten Free and Dairy Free
Blackberry Cookie Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 0.5-1 cups GF plain flour
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons coconut Oil (melted)
  • salt
  • blackberries

Method:

1. Mix all ingredients (apart from blackberrys)

2. Roll into balls and place on backing tray.

3. make a little dip in the middle and pop blackberries in. 

4. Bake at 180 for 11-15mins or until golden brown. 

5. Enjoy with a coffee :)
