At first, my trip to Sri Lanka was motivated by the desire to learn more about the sapphires I use in my bespoke jewellery. You can see the video of the stone cutting here.

While mentioning to friends about my trip to Sri Lanka I got introduced to Phoebe. Phoebe owns a beautiful boutique hotel on the coast of Sri Lanka (Ahangama). This meeting materialised into my first earring making workshop in collaboration with The Kip.

I mentioned this to a friend and incredible videographer over in Australia (Phoebe Galloway), and we decided it would be pretty cool if she came out and filmed the workshop and a few other bits.

We filmed various projects, including the video above for the Vida Collection. There’s a few other things I can’t wait to share with you soon as well!

The video is shot in the beautiful gardens of The Kip. I can highly recommend staying here or at the very least popping in for brunch. It was a super fun day of dancing, filming and laughing amongst the palms.
